HOW TO USE THIS WEBSITE
The Green Stationery Company has a unique range of Green and recycled stationery products that are displayed online through its Green Catalogue. To search the Green Catalogue and find products we use a category system. Hover over the main category descriptions on the top navigation bar, drop downs will then appear to show more detailed product categories. Select a category that is the closest fit to the product you want, this will then take you to a sub category where you can see products more closely related to the item. Selecting the sub category will then take you to a product list where you can click into the product you want to get its complete details and place it into your shoping cart. You can always return to the upper category levels by using the HOME button at the top of the website. There are over 1,000 items in our Green Catalogue that cover most of the everyday office stationery usage and our Green Products always have the best prices and discount offers.
An alternative way of searching is to use the search box in the right hand margin. This will search our Green Catalogue plus the standard office stationery catalogues which contains 20,000 items. If there are Green products available for you search term these will normally be displayed first. Using this search method requires you to know the name or code of the product you want to find but with more general searches you can use the tick boxes at the top of your search results to refine the available product list. It is best to use this search if you have a product code or you are looking for a standard item that is unavailable in our Green catalogue.
Shopping Ordering and Prices
Our site uses the standard shopping cart system, just use the add to cart buttons next to the product and then go to the check out to modify and pay for your order. New customers will have to put their details in and returning customers can log into their account for their details to be retrieved.
The best prices are always in our Green Catalogue and on the home page or left margin there is a special offers section with big product discounts. Many items like office printer papers have quantity price breaks so the more items you order the lower the item price becomes, these are displayed in the orange quantity boxes. For larger and regular users we can also set up bespoke contract prices, which are displayed when you log into your personal account. Prices are displayed without VAT in red text with the VAT inclusive price underneath in Black.

This button the bar at the very top of the site allows you to create an online account that you can login to, manage your orders and view your history. Envelope Size Guide
This button at the bottom of the site under services tells you what size envelopes fit with the paper sizes.
Ink Finder and Toner Search
This facility is in a box at the bottom of the cetral pannel of the home page, click HOME at the very top of the site, you may have to scroll down to find it. Use the drop downs on the finder and you can enter the make and model of your printer and find the cartridges and toners that fit it.

At the bottom of the website are link buttons that give you extensive information on our terms of usage, how we work and information on environmental issues.
Having Trouble Using The Site
The most common problem encountered when shopping online are caused by the version or settings on your web browser. You can check the version of your browser by clicking on the settings or spanner icon and going to help then about.
