It is easy to get lost amongst the conflicting claims of ethical consumerism, but these 100% recycled map pads mark a step in the right direction! single pad of 100 sheets A5 paper, these are made from surplus or old ordnance survey map paper, 100gsm in weight, very strong and with a smooth finish. The glue binding at the head of the pad is free of any animal products, the writing side is plain white, and the reverse shows printed maps. Manufactured in Germany from German maps. Please note that there is some batch variation with these pads, with varying amounts of text, map and map keys showing, as all parts of the maps are recycled, so depending upon where the sheet is cut to make up the pad, some may have dense map images whilst others may have larger white border areas.
